Environmental cleaning and maintenance involves the removal of dirt and harmful germs from surfaces, so that the environment will be neat, clean, healthy and hygienic for everyone as well as making the world a happier place to live.
What did you do?
Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's need, but not every man's greed, by Mohandas K. Gandhi.
Knowing fully well that good health is among our targets and dreams in life, So this week I decided take action in cleaning up my surrounding that's by sweeping and packing out the dirt's in my compound majorly the edges of my surroundings to avoid illness and diseases and also reduces pollution, preserves our mother nature.

How did you do it?
I started by making arrangements of my working tool which are shovel, waste bin, broom and packer which makes the work easier and faster for me, then I started by removing some dirts that breeze has pushed into some edges after then I used broom to sweep and gather them together then pack it into the waste bin before trashing it.

Where did you do it?
Environmental hygiene, maintenance and cleaning can be done anywhere anytime so don't be shy or afraid of keeping the environment clean come let's join hands and make the world a happy and healthy place to live,
So all this cleaning was done in my compound where I live in NO:5 chief chijoke street Abakpa Nike Enugu State, Nigeria.

What motivated you?
In as much as good health is concern they always be a reason or motivation of doing it, so I was motivated in many ways which are.....
First I was motivated by good health and well-being of my family, by keeping your home clean and healthy, you can dramatically reduce your family's risk of suffering from allergies, asthma, and others diseases roaming around the environment.
You all know that a A Clean Home Boosts Mood such that a healthy home is a wealthy living so I did all that to stay comfortable and happy.
Also to reduce stress, untidy or dirty environment makes you weak and tired unlike a healthy and clean environment which motivates and give you energy, A clean environment means that you will not see any waste lying around that will make you feel uncomfortable,
I was also motivated because environmental exposures to poisonous gases are harmful to plant life, animal life, and human beings as well so to avoid all this you need to keep your environment safe and clean always.

Conclusion
In conclusion always remember and note that Good health and well-being are essential and important aspects of our lives that plays a vital role to our overall happiness and quality of life that means taking part in it is not a bad idea but rather it beneficial to our own body and environment, so don't be afraid or shy come let us join hands and kick out ignorance and unhealthy living around our environment and as well make the world a happy place to live.
I have come to the end point of this amazing contest which I will start by appreciating the leadership of this community for the privilege given to showcase our different activities and routines of maintaining the environment and as well keeping it cleaner, greener and healthier.
