Hello everyone! I hope you will be well and good. Today I am here to share my another day with you.

Myself

I got up early in the morning. It was beautiful morning with new excitement to live another day of life. There was another reason of the excitement as well because I had to go to attend a marriage ceremony of my cousin. You know marriages are the rare events in the family and these events come with fortune. But unfortunately most of the marriages of my cousins came when I was busy in the exams. But this time it was beyond my exams. So I was happy and excited to go there.

Farmhouse and Rice Mill

Man is mortal and one day we have to leave this world. And some days ago the sister of my brother's friend died. She became ill seriously. And the doctors referred her to the city hospital. And ger treatment carried out but she could not survive. And she left this world leaning alone all the family members. So it was the sad moment for the friend of my brother. The person works on a ride mill and there is also the farm house. So we reached there for her condolences. And we spent some time there to share his sorrows.

Ginger and Fennel Kehwa

We are about to leave him but he insisted us to take something. My brother likes to take Kehwa made up of ginger and fennel. I also like to take that light and beneficial drink. So he asked the chef to make ginger and fennel Kehwa. He made it in reasonable time and served us nicely. We put sugar according to our needs and then took it sip by sip. It was tasty and fragrant.

Raw Fish

Fish is full of nutrients and the most delicious food in the meaty things. I really like to eat fish curry and most of the fish fritters. In my street the fish seller came. He had fresh fish and he was selling at the best price. So I bought fish for home. He made the fish with best of his skills. I asked him to make according to the fritters. So he cut the whole fish in two pieces and then further cut the pieces. Such cutting us useful for the marination.

Cake Pastries

As I mentioned at the start that today I had to attend marriage ceremony of my cousin. I asked my mother to get ready to travel there. My mother is an old lady and she did not took time like the young ones take for the make up. And I started my journey via my bike. And after visiting the surroundings soon I reached the the home of my cousin. They warmly welcomed us. And we were offered cake parties. These were delicious. I ate the pastries and enjoyed them. Their taste was unique and delicious.

Chicken Korma Cooking at Large Scale

Then I was sent to the cooking place. My cousin suggested me to take care of everything there and fulfill their needs. So the chefs were preparing the vegetables and other dry things as well as oil for the cooking. There were two chefs and some helpers. They were working collectively. First of all the chicken was washed completely to drain all the blood from it. It was washed with the vinegar. Then they put the chicken into the baking containers. These were big in size. Then all other necessary things were added in the containers to start it's cooking process. At the moment when I clicked the picture they were adding yoghurt in the chicken to get more mouth watering taste.

Chicken Korma ready to serve

Finally after continuous fire flame and a lot of collective efforts of many people chicken korma was ready to serve. I checked the korma in the big container. You can also see it was ready to eat and serve to the guests. The colour of the korma and gravy was eyecatching. And I was feeling hungry seeing it. I tasted the delicious chicken korma as a test. But it was mind blowing.

Good Evening

We served all the guests with the delicious chicken korma, fluffy naan 🫓, biryani and sweet rice. After that all the guests were served with the ice-cream. Then we did different tasks. And meanwhile the time was flying. And it was the evening time. The sun was setting down and the beautiful red rays were reflecting beautiful shadows.
