My playful childhood memories

It is one hundred and one percent true that the most enjoyable period in a person's life is during his childhood during this stage you are pampered and more especially if you are last born in a family you will also share the sentiment that it is at this stage that we play so much and I can testify to that personally with my experience though I am not a last born.

When I was in my childhood days every moment was fun, joy in the air, happiness overflow like river and everything in my mind was play at some point forgetting to eat, but now adulthood is something else no wonder in our Nigerian slang they say adulthood na scam. Yes very true some of the play we used to play I can't even try them now because I am an adult.

Going on my countdown the first play I used to play with my friends in the neighborhood was police and thief here people will behave like police and thieves but I like being the police so as to punished the thieves when I catch them. There is this other one I and my friends you gave it a name and when I remember the name we gave it I do love sometimes they will tears start coming out from my eyes. It is hilarious 😂 though,we called it mbre ifod in our dialect but in English it is play for witch. This does not mean it was for witches but that is the name we gave it. All you have to do is to put sand into a nylon bag and then throw it in the direction that people are this was done most especially in fields where people of our age mate were playing, and also where people are crowded. It was later substituted with water that therefore means you have to put water in a bag and then throw it in the air.

Another one is red, Chinese, Japan, lady, Buss. The loser of a particular round will strange out his hands for others to beat there are so many but let me mention this last one this one was more educated and we love it these happens when we come in group and form a circle and then mention the names of places food or animals anybody who repeats what the other person said we will be out of the game. Indeed childhood is a period to be remembered.
