Food Photography: The Worldās Largest āAsian Pilaf Centreā BESH QOZON
Today, I visited the hottest restaurant in Tashkent, Uzbekistanšŗšæāthe worldās largest ā CENTRAL ASIAN PILAF CENTRā BESH QOZON. Itās truly a paradise for pilaf lovers! Their signature pilaf is 70,000 soms per plate, which is roughly 40 RMB, quite reasonable. The open kitchen lets you walk around freely and watch giant pots of fragrant pilaf being cooked, making it a treat for both the eyes and the nose. You can really feel the boldness and warmth behind this dish!
Uzbekistanās pilaf is no ordinary dishāitās known as the āVIP mealā of the country, reserved for honored guests. Whether itās a wedding, the birth of a child, or any special occasion, pilaf is a must. Essentially, itās a mix of lamb, carrots, and rice, but the way itās cooked together in one giant pot will make you question whether youāve ever had real flavorful food before!
The pots at this Pilaf Centre are taller than a person, and the chefs use massive paddles to stir the ingredientsāitās quite a spectacle! If youāre a fan of pilaf, this place is definitely a pilgrimage, giving you the chance to experience the generous hospitality that the Uzbek people extend to their guests.
