This is the result of my encapsulation work.

I have to include in my diet some good bacteria and thank God that I can have them through a ready-made and always available brand like this few ounces of Yakult drink which has about 5 million Lactobacilli in it. Other products of Yakult has more than 8 Billion good bacteria but those are quite rare to find because the small stores around here in our neighborhood are just selling these original Yakult which has the typical amount of Lactobacilli in it. I do not consume Yakult everyday because it has milk in the form of skimmed milk which has phosphorus and I do not want to elevate Phosphorus in my blood. Milk also has Lactose which my digestion system cannot process in large amounts although Yakult does not have much but it is OK if I would take it after eating because I will make my digestion to slowly process the lactose to avoid side-effects in my guts.

What is good about this articular strain of Lactobacilli in Yakult is that it is one of the types of good bacteria which can survive the stomach acid to make its way down to the small and large intestine which is needed for its good action. It is supposed to be not also fighting the bad bacteria in our guts but also it aims to help us digest the food that we eat like from the vegetables and fruits that we consume. Like any other animals, bacteria eats these types of food and then they digest them and then when they die, they would release the nutrients from their bodies which our intestines absorb.

That is why these particular Lactobacilli would serve as our second stomach because they effectively digest the food we eat for our benefits. It is because not all the food that we eat are digested normally, there will still be undigested food in our guts that will just pass through and it is a waste if that happens. So if you are eating vegetables and fruits, it is recommended foe you to also incorporate good bacteria in your diet whether it may come from fermented foods like yoghurt, Kimchi, or those capsules which can be bought online o r in health store shops.

In my case there is a Yakult brans that I can readily buy from the nearby store and it works for me because of convenience. It is awesome for me to have some Morinaga powder in a capsule form because having the combination of Yakult and Moringa powder will make me benefit more about the nutrients coming from a superfood which is Moringa leaves in powdered form. I happen to prefer taking or consuming Moringa leaves by encapsulating it because it is hard to eat or consume Moringa leaves if you will cook and eat it daily or drinking the prepared powdered Moringa because we tend to get bored of eating the same food everyday not to mention the bad taste of Moringa drink.

But if you have a way like taking encapsulated Moringa powder, then you can have it everytime you would be having your food or some of your beverages and it is one great way of consuming moringa leaves without contending of ever chewing or tasting the bad taste of the powdered raw leaves of Moringa. So now with a combination of Yakult or foods with good bacteria in them, we can be assured of a better nutritional benefit like none other because it is all natural and will serve us good for our immunity against some illnesses because our body will be provided with essential nutrients for it to fight external and internal issues in our bodies to keep us healthy and strong.
