Being Social Has A Value 💫 [ Freewrite Fun - Day 09 ]

in Dream Steem3 days ago

Hello Dream Steemians,

I hope you all are well and passing a great time despite so many of the problems we face out of life. The problems are many and sometimes we feel that there are less time to connect to friends and the colleagues in an workplace, or hangout with people we feel good at mixing with them.

There are busy schedules also for so many people.

It feels good to me to be able to come back for writing and in the form of writing to connect with you and bring back the past engagements. Its good to be a part of community which promotes the free speeches, creative writing and those literature lovers authorizing what they love doing.

Anyway, whatever that are. Regardless of all those things and contexts,I feel we have responsibility we can't deny and some deeds we must hold on to make the time we spend are wonderful. There are long lists of programme we all personally love.

But for me, whats more entertaining than sitting in the couch or in a desk or comfortable chair, holding a type-writer and and then compose another freewrite which I presuppose as a method for a relaxation. So lets get deeper into the today's topic and if you had a chance to read along the page, then do your words matter in the comment section.

I wish all the best and have a good day coming forward. All the best and lets say goodbye until another fresh calendar day to come.

♨️ Being Social Has A Value ♨️

Most of the time, we get to know what our main duty is towards life. When we meet the time as we move on and years start to pass on, our realizations get to go along the proper way. Just as what I think that, we shouldn’t just be made to look out to ourselves, meaning our true interests only and personal development goals to go by alongside it.

But, for how long this works and its validity starts to end as a date ?

Maybe a few years, a decade or few of them or half of life we live in search of productivity. Those who say, success is a lone road and we should follow it as we seek to reach there. This is true for a specified time and only we realize, when we have made the way fulfilled.

Anyway, being social is opposite to keeping lone roads. So, I as a person out of many of the millions have felt the same way, the dilemma that counts. It persists each and every day of our approaches in life. We havent talked about it or found the time to think about it.

When I understood that, living in a society there is a big responsibility to take part and accomplish things we need as a collective being - I tried to get close there. At least some time, the minimal it can get the better it reaches as a conclusion.

Sometimes we solve some of the problems that teaches us good lessons and we keep going on. There are some of the issues which cant be solved as personal being and I guess we should fulfil it. Take the prop as to go beyond our own limit and decorate the circumstances. Unity is strength, it surely is.

Being social definitely has its value, but it seems a bit like the Goldilocks zone in terms of habital planets. Too close to the sun, and you burn to death. Too far away, and you'll freeze. Might be me oversimplifying it, but I'd say there needs to be a balance in everything. [Insert ancient chinese proverb]

What bothers me about "oversocialization" is that some folks end up being so in tune with everybody else that they practically stop being individuals. They're so harmless, so inoffensive that they might as well could be reading from a teleprompter. Having a conversation is just some weird calibration process to them, meant to upgrade their firmware with the latest groupthink. Like your smart dishwasher and your fridge beeping and bopping at eachother.

I suppose there might be some overlap to the idea of the philosophical zombie, like the lights are on but there's nobody home, it does seem unfair though (most people probably consider themselves to be the only invididuals in the room). You could also argue about the whole Monty Python's Meaning of Life kind of thing, where one's soul is something that has to be willed into existence through self-contemplation and such. Who knows.

Getting back to the collective's notion of reality and the value of the outsider: It's a little strange how we sometimes end up celebrating the same misfits and renegades we also shunned and ridiculed during their lifetime. Partially claiming their achievements as some sort of group accomplishment, when it was a despite rather than a because.

Somewhat half-related regarding archetypes:

Thanks a lot!
