Take a break and give your soul what it needs by Audrey Kitching

Hello Steemians... @jufranketchup is back! How are you all? I hope all is doing great everyday no matter what.
It's been a weeks for me not to post here in steemit because I make time for myself and have a break from my daily routine from work to house to community and vice versa I just want to hangout to the one of the best people around me - my friends and go out of town just to relax and invest happiness happenings in life.

We made this plan to go out of town not only for our own goods but also in the place we are going so that we can help the natives earned some financial in the midst of this pandemic because we are tourist in their place and they have a lot of fees that they get from us especially the ecological fee, foods, house rent, motorcycle rent and entrance fee in every tourist spot that we were going.

We all know that every persons needs a break from reality for the meantime and enjoy life to have a peace of mind. We are a human, not a robot and we need a place to rest to vanish depression and stress.

Sometimes, we just need a break in beautiful place to figure everything out and to think deeply to the next move that we will do in our life.
I will show you here in my post what kind of break I made.

In the paradise of Bantayan Island province of Cebu, Philippines was our destination. Because we all know that in this place we can relax, enjoy and breath fresh air because it is far away from the city. We boarded a ship going to the island with the fare of 185 pesos per passenger not included the bus fare for 245 pesos per person from the north bus terminal.

Since the place wasn't have a lot of vehicles so, we decided to rent a scooter motorcycle for 300 pesos per 24 hours to expedite our trip in an island.

We go first here in Omagieca, Obo-ob Mangrove Sanctuary with an ecological fee for 10 pesos per head and entrance fee of 50 pesos per head also for sight seeing, swimming, and walking in the bamboo tree that they made a passageway. In this place we can see the beauty of mangroves that they planted here so that many small fishes has a perfect place to hide.

We also try kayaking under the heat of the sun for only 100 pesos per hour and go around to the place where you want to go inside the area. The ambiance was so very nice for me and we enjoyed the moment together because we are only get together sometimes.

At around 1:00pm after lunch we move on to Sandira Beach 10 to 15 minutes travel distance from our first route with an entrance fee of 50 pesos per head. We treasure the moment here in the beach and swim like there seems to be no tomorrow.

The ruins is our next travel destinations at around 2:45 in the afternoon in the same day.
And I'll give you a little background story about this place according to the natives that I am talking with. The ruins is one a well known spot on Bantayan Island. It‘s history goes back to the late 90‘s where a German boy built his home but left his property after a years and because of not known issues. Since then it more and more became a ruin with a mysterious saga and now the one of the favorite tourist spot here in an Island. It is public and without fees.

From the ruins we drove for at least 45 minutes going to our last spot the Kota Park located in the Municipality of Madridejos.
In this place we felt very relaxed because we can see the beauty of nature and also we experiencing the golden hour.

We spend the most of our time here until sunset has gone. All of my weariness was gone when I saw the sunset in the middle of the sky and sea. All we did in the island was very worth it.

Finally, we go to their native restaurant and took a dinner together with my company before were going back to the place where we stayed.
