Really? Why for, to cure a disease/damage or just for additional health improvement? And what is the result and when did you start?

I started about 18 months ago after learning that ozone was good for detox and boosting the immune system. I had a few minor problems such as eczema and periodic hayfever, so I thought it couldn't do any harm. I also train a lot and the oxygen chamber, as well as the ozone, is reputed to aid recovery.

As for results, well my skin is perfect and I am never ill, and I mean never. No colds, no pains of any kind. I live a healthy lifestyle so my health is likely a result of a combination of good habits, but I would heartily recommend oxygen and ozone to anyone.
