Hello Teacher,

I am glad to participate again in the week two class. Learning about color here reminded me a lot about rainbow colors, primary and secondary colors, and tertiary colors, with which I painted a lot of projects.

Playing with colors is fun, and I'm sure to enjoy it as a graphic designer. I present my homework below!

Discuss Colour Theory according to the way you understand it

To my best understanding, colour theory is the total study of how colours work together, how human perceive colors, how we arrange colors to create a project, or how some colors work together and others do not.

Color theory is an art and design principles that explains the ideas and applications of color. It helps artists and graphic designers figure out how colors work together to achieve a framework.

Choose "Two" from the colour scheme discussed, briefly talk about it and demonstrate with two examples each showing how to combine colours using that scheme

Complementary Color Scheme:

Complementary colors usually face opposite to each other on a color wheel. I have noticed that one color is usually a primary color and the opposite a secondary color. When colors are faced opposite to each other on the color wheel, it provides high contrast when paired together, bringing forceful energy to a design.

Using complementary schemes can be overwhelming but, an experimentation would give a pleasant surprise.

Analogous Color Scheme:

Firstly, the word analogous means "closely related" so it is very clear and simple, this is the combination of closely related three colors that bothers themselves on a color wheel.

To enable designers create a peaceful color palette, analogous color schemes are often used, looking around you, analogous palettes are often found in nature, from oceanic waves and warm sunset, it is everywhere in nature.

Demonstrate how to get your colour Hex from external object using your Canva design app

• Step 1: Open to Canva app. Do not highlight your background and then locate the gallery icon to import your external element.

• Step 2: In your gallery, locate the eternal image or object you want to extract your hex code from.

• Step 3: I selected a design I used for a contest and then selected Add to page. Which will lunch us back to our workspace

• Step 7: An object t will pop up right on the image, move it to any part of the image to pick the colour you want to extract and click Done

• Step 8: The colour Hex code is then revealed in the background.

Finally demonstrate how to get the colours behind the hex codes below

b.#000000
b.#ef9d10f

• Open up the canva app and set up your interface using any size. Highlight the background and select the color icon.

• Click on the color wheel to select color

• I erased the hex code for default white and put in my code #ef9d10f to get the color behind the hex code.

• Continued the process... #000000, #f3ca20

I hope my best is enough.

¡Holaaa amiga!🤗
