Greetings and blessings to you all my chefs friends in gastronomy course wee:2

Hello friends I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's great opportunity for me once again to getting more and more innovate knowledge about food from my favorite gastronomy- team from teacher @nahela mam unfortunately I missed first class due to my illness but this week I never want to skip this golden apportunity to present and learn to attend gastronomy class for week 2 and present my homework. Here, in the second course topic, about the hot starters are divided into two; the hot liquid starters and the hot solid starters.

Friends between these two types of hot starters mentioned in this course, hot liquid starters have always been my favorite because I enjoy eating meals having salty like soup , strews,fried snacks etc ,starters for daily food menu depending on what my family love to eat For 3 or more course menu that time .

We would like you to prepare 1 type of starter (quantity for 1 person) of those explained in this course (hot liquid or hot solid). It is important to explain the preparation process and present it in an appropriate way for an starter.

For the purpose of this course, I will prepare just one type of starter which is; hot solid starter .so I am going to prepare potatoes bites as a hot solid starter so guys let's begin my tamping snacks for you in detail.

Green chillies2 to 4
Chopped corianderfew leave
Chopped onionone
Saltas required
Turmeric powderone tbs
Red chilli powderone tbs
Corn flour2 tbs

Procedure

Step :1

In first step I used moist method by that I boiled potatoes I want to shown only for one person swerving size that's why I boiled only two potatoes for my hot sold starter.I also made fries 🍟 on other side for accomplished my hot solid starter.

Step :2

In second step I peel off the boiled potatoes skin and mashed the potatoes completely after that add spices that mentioned in ingredients list these are fresh spices also added like green coriander leaves, chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies in it and don't forget to add corn flour in mixture then incorporate the better evenly .

Step :3

Applied little oil on your hands then making the dough in longitudinal shaped like a rope then cut it in equal ratio by sharp knife as you see in Placed folk to marked on it.

Step :4

Once all bites done kept in fridge for 10 minutes, during that took a pen poured oil in it in low to medium flam,add one by one bites in oil and gave golden colour on both sides then strain out

Final presentation

So guys it's done I decor with boiled eggs and cucumber slices 😋 😁 , I have learned the different types of cooking methods in the previous course last season clearly today I used moist heat and combined method for prepared my hot solid starter.. With my understanding of these methods listed, this method used in preparing my hot solid starter ... so I would call it fry heat method because it was completely submerged in fat heat.

The main dish and dessert that would go with this starter prepared are;

Starter: Potatoes bites accompanied by crispy fries/cucumber slices
Main dish: Beef biryani (Rice base dish most popular main menu of every event in Pakistan)
Dessert:Melon, chocolate ice cream

Dear sister you always came with unique recipes and the way of cooking is also super perfect the potato bites which you have prepared for your beloved family are looking quite healthy and enrich nutrients and the cooking method is also very nice.
