SEC S20W2-My hot-liquid starter_20240918_122832_0000.jpg

Greetings

I am happy to participate in this engagement challenge.I really love to share cooking information as I am really foodie and we should not only know about cooking process but their methodologies are also significant so today I am going to talk about hot liquid and solid starters and my choices along with some easiest preparations.

Hot(Liquid or solid)starter!My favorite?

As a starter,I also prefer hot liquid starters like soup 🍲 because when I have hot liquid as starter then it gives me trigger that I am hungry and now I need main menu as well as hot liquid starter is really easy to digest in comparison to hot solid starter like cheese balls, cheese sticks, chicken lollypops etc.Thats why I would definitely go with hot liquid starters as my Fabio choice from both.

Have I ever prepared a hot liquid or solid starter?

Yes I am a lover of cooking as well as baking.I know how to cook nutritious foods and many times I have prepared vegetables soup ,chicken soups which are liquid starters and many times I have prepared egg fried rice, chicken shashlik, chicken nuggets and vegetables and all these are hot solid starters. So yes I have experienced both of them many times in my home.

Cooking method I used for making hot liquid starter

I used moist heat method for preparing yellow -orange split lentils because I used water to cook this easiest recipe.I also cover it with lid while cooking.I cooked it at medium to high flame.
