CHINESE RECIPE OFF EGG NOODLES

Today I am going to share a very great Chinese recipe with you and I hope you all will like . I will like it and I will also advice you to to try this once because its really yummy

Here I want to tell you all the required things that are very necessary and important which I am combining , I will show you here is the milk, salt, flour and egg

Explain what cooking method you are using

So first let's go to the method we posted because I will share with you guys the complete method step by step so if any of you want to try it then you can. And first of all I have to mix all the things so first of all we have taken flour in a pot and we have mixed egg in it and the quantity of egg is I have some It is calculated in such a way that the flour mixes well in it but we have to keep it firm just like we knead the dough to make bread.

We mixed the egg in the bowl and I kneaded it well and it was shaped like it was cut and kneaded but I kept it a little stiff. I kept it a bit stricter because I have to mix milk in it now, so I added milk in it and not too much for you guys because we have BP patients in our house. Therefore, we the people have to put salt in it according to their calculations

After that I will roll it well like we did bread and make it into a long loaf just like we make bread with a rolling pin and then with a knife. I will make the previous one and give it the shape that is given to a noodle or you can give it any shape you like and you can use it easily.

And after that, when I have prepared it well into small noodles, then I will fry it well and we have a very easy way. I put it on a pot and put it on a very light inch and then heat it up because if it gets too hot then when we put our stuff in it, it will turn red very quickly and we guys It is not to redden so much but to keep its normal color and to cook it from the inside, so we will heat it to a light inch. and fry it well

And now I've taken it out on a separate plate and to make it a little bit sweeter and to make it a little bit spicier we can use our own spices on top of it. We have dal which I like a lot and I add chaat masala and black pepper to it and I like dal, you can add as much spice as you like and as spicy as you want. Can be added as desired

And now I will add the egg with it because I have to fry the egg and for that I have make combination with the egg well and in it you can add salt and pepper and whatever spices you want to use. and after that I fry it well in light ghee and this combination is very nice

Why did you choose that dish? What motivated you to make this recipe?

I choose it away Chinese recipe and I like it because I like it much more than the noodles that we Chinese people use a lot and I like the way they are eaten. They look so delicious and when I saw this recipe I loved it so much and I must see them eating them, it makes a man hungry and so does he. Makes me want to try something similar and definitely eat it, so I definitely used it and I definitely want to eat it.

I have made this special for kids because todays kids are very annoying to make us different things and we can eat different things so I prepared this recipe. Yes we did because it is very easy and can be used soon and nowadays as we know that kids like noodles and like things a lot so I calculated their choice. This recipe has been shared with people so that even children can enjoy it

Did you like the result obtained

Yes of course I like this dish a lot, at first I wasn't very confident that it would be a yummy and whether anyone would like it or not because it looked so simple. But when I used it with spices and it's a combination with an egg, it's really made it so much more and it's really delicious. Everyone loved it. It was very easy and had less ingredients so we all thought it was a very good idea. One is that it is less time consuming and ingredients are required because if we have very little time and we need someone If we want to make something, we can use it immediately
