I like Spaghetti .. A lot, so I actually got no fancy foreword to continue it, yet why won't we get historically already  (^▽^)

The pasta, where I actually discussed about macaroni before, I decided to write the original one that we know... Are the closest comfort food in our heart, The Italy are truly blessing in this food business, no fancy table or  cutlery, the food speaks it self. Lets jump right at it!

The spaghetti, was originally created from flour, water, and salt to taste combined together then cooked in boiling water,  as most of people are known from Italy, but where? well  at least some people at least ever heard word it was from Sicily, well is it from Sicily? Well its actually do known from there but history especially this long time from now are never certain, but yes it was know to be served in ancient Sicily, So it is back in Italy where it still in Roman empire where it made from several varieties of durum wheat or triticum durum that thrives in dry climates. Pasta then become one of the world's most popular foods there is.

But, is that it? No, here are the main spotlight at least you have to know a little bit

All noodle related or a look alike was from China

So how the hell it gets from far Eastern to Europe? a world expedition it is, Marco Polo brought the knowledge of this food to Venice, not Sicily yet, but it is in Italy, the spaghetti Polo, and presumably tested yes, in the far east where either rice or hard wheat flour where long noodles made from both grains exist in eastern cookery. It is generally then accepted that the variety of durum wheat know in Sicily during the Middle ages, But it doesn't stop there, the Muslims was too a big part in this history where they introduced lemons and oranges alike that was introduced by the Arabs, where this is was the bring another interesting part where things get complicated, but yes this was were we had to over it at this segment where I only pointing out the part where it needs to be said

But feel free to see the rest of history and where I found this, its all written by Roberta Gangi
