Nigerian food inspiration.. Plantain and asun

in #foodphotography7 years ago

IMG_20180103_222239_785.jpg ..people say plantain is over rated I really don't care about the arguments,i choose to eat plantain because of its health benefits such a protein, vitamins, potassium, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins most especially iron.. And I chose to have my fried plantain with asun(diced goat meat sauced with pepper and grilled) very rich in protein and it also taste yummy. Trust me this blend is heavenly, with the vibes am getting from the meal I think plantain is actually not overrated....looool
