During the experiment, nearly 200 obese people (between men and women) were subjected to a diet after several weeks of observation.

Half of the group was scheduled a low-carbohydrate diet and did not exceed 300 calories at breakfast. The remaining part was offered one with 600 calories, distributed between proteins and carbohydrates, and a piece of chocolate cake was added.

The scientists showed that by incorporating desserts such as cookies or chocolate, in the first meal of the day, people lost weight faster and kept the same weight for longer.

Also, although at the beginning of the test the individuals of both groups decreased in weight equally, after 32 weeks, the second group lost an average of approximately 18 kilos more.

With these results, Israeli researchers say that you should not abandon the use of desserts to lose weight, because with this, only the desire to eat more intensely will be increased.

My opinion on this article is that you have to be careful and not overdo the portions, eat everything in a few portions and in my personal life this tips has helped me lose weight. And as last tips is to avoid the consumption of fats so that your body uses the deposits of fat accumulated in our body and some physical activity.
