Who doesn't like pork rinds! I love your pictures in demonstrating how you do it. Seeing a picture is so much more valuable . And your detail is really appreciated.

That is why I put the photos up, to me it is much easier to make something when I watch a video or see step by step photos, but when cooking I don't think about taking photos I am thinking about the job at hand.
I guess that I have to start doing that for my future posts here, than you for your comment and support.
