One more follower here :)
I have been trying all week to make a mascarpone frosting and every trial run has collapsed into a soggy mess even though separately the mascarpone cream was delicious and the whipped heavy cream had perfect peaks. Even with setting the mascarpone out to reach room temperature. I know I'm missing something. Looks like yours came out perfectly!
