Sydney Night Noodle Markets

In this post I will share one of the funs that my sister and I had in Australia. This day, we went to Sydney Night Noodle Markets. It’s a once a year festival where food-lovers feast on amazing dishes at Hyde Park.

Since both of us are great foodies, we very much enjoyed this occasion to try various kinds of food. Plus the weather was fantastic, and eating outdoors is always fun. We went there for dinner, and Hyde park was crowded with people stopping off after work.

Because of its name I thought there would be only noodles but in spite of my presumption, they had various dishes such as burgers, salads, desserts, waffles and the list goes on. I did not expect to have that many food stalls selling Asian cuisine, but most of them were serving Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese menu.

I was also surprised that they took credit cards. We brought cash as we thought outdoor booth wouldn’t receive cards. Accepting card was a good strategy as it saved customers’ time lining up and prevented possible cash burglary. The food was delish and good music added more energy to the festive atmosphere of the market. It was as if we went on a picnic, and both of us had so much fun with tons of laughter.
