Very juicy zrazy ...

You have not tasted such delicious meals yet. Very good recipe and as always I share it with you!)

Ingredients:

For stuffing:
Minced meat - 700 g;
Potatoes large - 1 pc .;
Egg - 1 piece;
Vegetable oil;
Salt;
Pepper;
Flour for breading.

For filling:
Eggs - 3 pieces;
Milk - 1/4 cup;
Greenery.
or for a mushroom filling: mushrooms - 500g, onion -2pcs.
For sauce:
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. spoons;
Garlic - 2 tooth;
Cheese - 100 g.

Preparation:

  1. Peel and grate potatoes,
    Press the liquid out. In the ground, add potatoes and
    Egg, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk, add greens and
    to fry an omelette.
  3. Cut the omelet into strips and roll up
    each of them into a roll.
  4. Make minced cakes from the stuffing, put them inside
    omelet and form zrazy. Or inside lay out
    fried mushrooms with onions.
  5. Fry the zrazy on both sides on the vegetable
    oil, then put it on a baking tray.
  6. Grate cheese and garlic on a fine grater,
    mix with sour cream and bake until beautiful
    ruddy crust.
