A different dinner.

It was not a weekend as we already had the habit, it was just a regular day, a Wednesday, casual.

My dad came up with the idea of making a grill in the house to reunite the family once again, so in the course of the previous day we were calling and telling my sisters in advance so they could attend the barbecue.

My mom dressed the meat and so on, while my dad and I put the coals on a makeshift barbecue and set them on fire; to fan the fire we used a hair dryer, it made the job easier for us.

As soon as we put the first meats to cook, one of my sisters came to the house with my brother-in-law. He was the one who took care of the food because he likes cooking a lot. My sister prepared a rich guasacaca and little guacamole to give a better touch to the food.

Just before I started serving, there were the ones that were missing at the table, my older sister and my two little nephews.

Accompanied by a few beers and a bit of sangria, we proceeded to eat all at the same time even though there was not enough space in the dining room.

After that, it was time for dessert and we had prepared a surprise for the little ones, it was sweet caramel chocolate and cinnamon, we also shared a little cheese that my brother-in-law did.

At the end of the night everyone went home but happy to have shared together once more. It was a little over a year ago that we did not grill in the house and fortunately it was a success.
