You won't believe this stupid new law against Cash and Bitcoin

What are your thoughts, is this going to far or incomplete?  How does one balance the legitamcy of sources vs a free unregulated economy?  

I personally beleive that crypro-economies and assets will need to adhere and display controls to combat Anti-Money Laundering.  The first to display this to society and obtain acceptance will have a competitive advantage on scale.
