Without any further a do, let's get started!

  • Voor spek en bonen meedoen!
Translation: To participate for bacon and beans!
Meaning: To join a game without any prosecute. If you losee you won't have to do a punishment and if you win you won't get any prices. Just joining the game for the fun and not REALLY participate!

  • Er is geen bal op tv!
Translation: There is not a ball on tv!
Meaning: There are no interesting televisionprograms available. This one is used a lot in the summer because than a lot of television makers are on holiday or a lot of programs are recorded on that moment.

  • Het loopt in de soep!
Translation: It walks in the soup!
    Meaning: Everything's going wrong, it's a mess.
You use this saying when you're stressed out and you don't know what to do anymore.
