What is the Future of Cryptocurrency?

I know everyone always acts like they know what the next great coin will be, or what's going to overthrow Bitcoin, and it's fun to hear these stories, but it gets old. I love speculating, and making money while doing it is even better, but no one talks about the big picture and the actual future of the market itself.

I believe, that with a market cap of over $150 Billion Dollars all together, crypto-currency won't go anywhere anytime soon. Everyone that's worried about everything hitting 0 shouldn't be, because it is still possible, but not very likely.

So we know the market is huge, and at the moment, booming. Crypto-currency in general is doing pretty good at the moment, although recently there's been some corrections, it's staying strong.

Okay, so enough with the basics already, we know that for the time being and the near future, everything will (most likely) go up. But now where do I think it will go? Well, it's hard to say. If you're one of those that wants to know what to invest in, I firmly believe DASH will "dash" up in price, and fast, which is what we've seen lately. (Before you ask, yes, I have money in DASH.) Usually when a boom occurs in almost anything, there is a small to medium correction of maybe $20 to $50 Dollars. If you're lucky to buy when it's at the right low, you could cash out when the price starts to go up, or hold it like I did.

If you aren't one of those that wants to click here for the "Make Money Fast" ads, listen up. Crypto is still in it's infancy, and everyone says it and wants to look smart and wise, but really, it's still in it's infancy. There's still a raw possibility that Bitcoin could be overthrown, or even mass adoption of crypto into our everyday lives. cough cough Ripple cough.!

Sorry for being off topic, but when ETH was only $110 a coin, I bought $5... only $5! Now I have about $25 to $30 Dollars from that one investment. It did take 4 or 5 months, but still! If I had known I was investing in the "next Bitcoin" I would've dumped a ton of money into it. (I'm only saying that because just like Bitcoin, the price soared and stayed)

Sorry I was so all over the place with this post, I'm new to Steemit and have been in the cryptocurrency scene for almost a year, and I love the community, the coins, money, etc. etc.

In future posts, I'm going to just review and post about interesting obscure, cheap, and cool coins that I find! Long live Cryptocurrency lol.
