Although nine states of the American Union allow the legal recreational use of marijuana and other 29 entities approve that it be used in a medicinal way, the dispensers of the plant do not have the support of the banks to sell it through digital platforms. Given this, Dash, a cryptocurrency system, designed a Blockchain so that legal consumers of the drug can buy it with electronic payments.

Alt36 is a system promoted by the Dash team on Twitter, on May 14, which allows customers to buy legal cannabis by using the currency of their cryptocurrency.

Through the easy-to-use mobile application, with minimum transaction fees using the blockchain. The application also works as a Dash wallet, allowing users to buy Dash with US dollars and perform external transactions with the cryptographic currency.
