The reason why China doing so well in the last thirty years is because it has learned from both experiences provided by the Communist system of centralized control and the Capitalist system of decentralized control which they have also embraced contrary to the ideological stance of Soviet Union poised as the embodiment of the Communist ideology.

The Chinese, being much older culture, thus more practical and pragmatic, have decided to welcome the Western capitalist ideology and capital however under the strict control of the People's Communist Party of China where the decisions are done by the unpaid representatives of the communities who are democratically elected for a period of two years shaping and forming policies that are set by the people for the people in practice not just jingoism and lip service.

A healthy economic political system requires both the government and business, public and private interests, common needs and individual wants, communism and capitalism, not one or the other wedge bs. The Chinese have wisely avoided the perpetual conflict of divisive wedge rhetoric by accepting both systems merging them together into one symbiotic superpower that drives their economic prosperity and political influence around the world as China now leads infrastructure development in Africa, the Silk Road initiative in Eurasia, supporting largest population, fleet, manufacturing and whatever else industries.

So, China got it right, you need two to tango, and by having the two parts working in unison as one enables China to tango its way all the way to the bank as it has pulled 800 million of its people out of poverty and into very comfortable and powerful middle class thus opening the biggest consumer market that the rest of the world, specially the West, loves to have access to and for it were willing to share their technology and expertise about which the West is now crying out faul play.

The West is lying claiming that China has stole its capitalist secrets meanwhile it was the collective West itself, aka Anglo-American empire, all along who at first insisted to sell opium to China, then forced their developed Communism down and up China's and Russia's throats and butts, followed by Cold and Hot Wars over the spread of Communism, while spreading their own Western corporate colonial capitalism that aimes at assimilation and enslavement of all people and resources to make profit for the few evil elite owners.

It was the West out of greed and wishful thinking who voluntarily and in fair trade deals made their investments and technologies available to China who in turn got the best of these two dichotomous systems to form the singularity synthesis which has all the benefits of both political / economic systems and none of the flaws. Sure there are challenges and problems that China has to deal with as all nations, however it pales in comparison with the shit flood the collective West is currently in and only getting worse devolving back into the Neanderthal animals they came from.

China is bound together by thousands of years of their culture and language, history and traditions, religions and spirituality, wisdom and philosophies, tribes and people who are the largest demographic group and are part of one of the truly united, powerful, prosperous ancient cultural civilizations in the world.
