In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. AMEN.

Father, most merciful to souls, thank You for letting me wake up today.
Give me what I needed today Lord to continue, the strength I need, the intelligence that I will use, and the food and drink that I shall consume to sustain this physical dwelling of my soul.
Guard me, Lord, from every evil.
May nothing harmful come upon me and to my loved ones.
Keep us in Your love.
