BUG should be fixed!
In submit a story page and before you start typing, you can find the Editor button.
But if you start typing before you click it, the button will disappear.
If you can help reporting this, Please do.

A quick fix for now would be to copy everything you wrote and delete it, then the "Editor" button should come back, click it then paste in what you had before.
but yea nice catch this bug should be fixed...
