How much will the bitcoin transaction fee cost?

in #btc7 years ago

Most transactions can be processed free of charge, but users are encouraged to pay small fees voluntarily for faster confirmation of their transactions and to compensate the prospectors. When a fee is requested, it generally does not exceed the equivalent of a few pennies. When required, your BitQuin program will usually attempt to calculate an appropriate fee.

Transaction fees are used as protection against users who flood the network with transactions. The specific way in which the fee is being processed is still under development and will change over time. Because the fees are not linked to the amount of Coin Currencies that are sent, it can look very low (0.0005-Coin for a 1000-Quinn transaction) or unfairly large (0.004-Quinn for a 0.02-Quinn transaction). Fees are determined by certain characteristics such as transaction data and transaction frequency. For example, if you receive large numbers of transactions whose value is too small, the transmission fee will be greater. Such payments can be compared to paying a restaurant bill using pennies only. Spending a small amount quickly from your Coin Currencies may also require a fee. If your transaction pattern follows the canonical transaction pattern, the fees must be kept very low.
