إنتشرت ظاهرة الطلاق

و موقف الدين من هذه الظاهرة واضح حيث
أن الله تعالى يكره الطلاق ، ولكنه لم يحرمه على عباده للتوسعة لهم ، فإذا كان هناك سبب شرعي أو عادي للطلاق صار ذلك جائزاً ، وعلى حسب ما يؤدي إليه إبقاء المرأة ، إن كان إبقاء المرأة يؤدي إلى محظور شرعي لا يتمكن رفعه إلا بطلاقها فإنه يطلقها ، كما لو كانت المرأة ناقصة الدين ، أو ناقصة العفة ، وعجز عن إصلاحها ، فهنا يقول علماء الدين : الأفضل أن تطلق ، أما بدون سبب شرعي ، أو سبب عادي ، فإن الأفضل ألا يطلق ، بل إن الطلاق حينئذٍ مكروه
حسن النية و سوء النية لا يلتقيان.. فقد اصبح الزواج تجارة.. هناك من النساء من يساهمن في الطلاق وذلك بسبب اختلاق مشاكل متعمدة مما يجعل الرجل في غضب ينتج عنه الطلاق.. ليكون المستفيد من هذا المرأة ولما لا والمدونة لصالحها ..ولكن ليس في جميع الأحوال

Good faith and bad faith do not meet .. Marriage has become a trade .. There are women who contribute to divorce because of the fabrication of deliberate problems, which makes the man in anger resulting in divorce ..
