Kimchi Premium in Crypto Market has vanished

Is the crypto movement trackable? If not.
Carefully observing the trend of the Kimchi Premium and is hovered at around 4% before the last UN Sanctions on North Korea and slowly spiked up to 40% on day Missile Boy made a new year remark that there should be peace on the Korean Peninsula. Now there is negative premium.
Question I have is. Is t possible that a sane investor would purchase a crypto at such premium. Unless there was a reason for sudden purchase.
North Korea participating on Winter Games on there own or are they being compensated? Crypto is a way around the UN Sanctions? No?
